39.5	10	To start the CEC Certification Process, please download the cecQAF form with the worksheets required for a quotation for initial CEC Assessment, enter the requested information, and e-mail it to contact@cecocert.com.

39.7	12	To initiate a renewal or extension, please use the cecQAF form that was provided to you by CEC Admin after the previous assessment or extension. If you would like to upgrade the cecQAF to the latest version, e-mail CEC Admin and ask for an upgrade of your cecQAF.
