The cecQAF is the central form for the CEC Certification Process Version 2 (CECv2).

It captures the necessary information from a Vendor seeking CEC Certification as needed for:

* defining the scope of the initial CEC Assessment, CEC Certificate Renewal, and CEC Certificate Extension so CEC Admin can quote for the requested services

* querying the data needed to calculate the CEC Indicators

To start the CEC Certification Process, please download the cecQAF form with the worksheets required for a quotation for initial CEC Assessment, enter the requested information, and e-mail it to contact@cecocert.com.

To initiate a renewal or extension, please use the cecQAF form that was provided to you by CEC Admin after the previous assessment or extension. If you would like to upgrade the cecQAF to the latest version, e-mail CEC Admin and ask for an upgrade of your cecQAF.

If you were previously certified under Version 1 of the CEC Scheme, email [[contact@cecocert.com>>mailto:contact@cecocert.com]] requesting the latest cecQAF form for vendor data entry.

|VENDOR|The name of your company, please shorten to a single word, for example if your company name is "Wonderful Security Printing Neverland Ltd", use "Wonderful" or an acronym like "WSPN".

|PRODTYPE|The CEC Acronym for the product type the cecQAF is for, for example CB or ICC

|V0a|This is the version of your file. For the initial submission, please leave it as V0a, but once at a later stage you modify the file, update the letter only, eg V0a to V0b.D

|XXX|Initials of the person having made the latest revision, for example change XXX to PP if your initials are PP because your name is Peter Parker

|YYYY-MM-DD|The date of the latest modification in the ISO 1806 format. Replace YYYY with the year, MM with the Month, DD with the day of the latest revision you made to the file
